Kimchuk enters her second year as the Faculty Athletic Representative for the University of the Sciences Athletics Department.
A Senior Lecturer of Mathematics at the University, she has been teaching mathematics for 23 years, 19 of which have been at USciences.
While having taught many courses, Kimchuk's main teaching responsibilities have been Precalculus and Calculus. She serves as an academic advisor for first and second year students, and has been actively involved in STEM outreach. She also works closely with the freshmen in her courses to ease their transition from high school to college.
Kimchuk has received the William F. Homiller Award for Excellence in Teaching, the Lindback Award for Distinguished Teaching, the Outstanding Academic Advisor of the Year Award, and the Patricia Leahy Innovation in Teaching “OWL” Award.
She holds degrees from Gwynedd Mercy College and Villanova University.
