Sisson enters his fourth year as the Associate Athletic Director for Operations and Development at University of the Sciences in 2018-19.
In his first three years in the role, the department has gone through significant changes such as rebranding and adding Track and Field as a varsity sport.
Sisson is in charge of fundraising for the department and is the point of contact for the department's apparel deal with BSN Sports. Other responsibilities include game management, purchasing, scheduling and overseeing transportation needs.
Prior to this role, Sisson was a member of the University Events staff and also served as assistant men’s basketball coach for two years.
As the meeting and events coordinator for the University Events staff, he served as the point of contact for all external groups looking to have an event at USciences. In addition, he worked daily with other departments such as athletics, student life, facilities, marketing and fundraising.
While an assistant basketball coach, the men’s basketball team made its first-ever NCAA Division II Tournament appearance in 2014-15 and was a combined 42-17 over his two years.
Prior to joining the USciences coaching staff, Sisson was both a basketball operations intern for the Charlotte Bobcats and a student manager for the men's basketball team at Temple University.
He graduated from Temple with a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Recreation Management, and is currently working towards a master's degree at Saint Joseph's University.
