The pair improved to 6-0 on the year with a comfortable 8-2 victory over a duo from defending Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) champion Concordia in the Round of 16.
Facing the number three seed from Goldey-Beacom in the Quarterfinals, the two saw their tournament run come to an end by a score of 8-1.
In the Round of 16 for a third straight year in singles play, Miletic looked to be on her way to a second straight Quarterfinals appearance after sweeping Alexxa Etienne of Southern New Hampshire in the first set.
Etienne would regroup though, taking the second set 6-3 before knocking Miletic off in the tiebreaker (5).
It was the second consecutive year that Miletic dropped a three-set heartbreaker in the Regional Championship.
On the men's side, freshman Borna Markusic faced the tough test of facing No. 1 seed and defending semifinalist Tiago Fernandes. The rookie would take a game off Fernandes in the first set before seeing his first ITA Regional Championship appearance come to an end in the Round of 16.
The University of the Sciences women open their dual season on Tuesday, Sept. 18, when they host Goldey-Beacom in their Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) opener in their first-ever home match at the Hamlin Center.
The Devils men return to action the next day, Wednesday, Sept. 19, at Jefferson.
