Dilonardo joined the University of the Sciences women’s basketball coaching staff prior to the 2017-18 season, after spending the previous four years as an assistant coach at Archbishop Ryan High School. 

In his first season, USciences won its second consecutive CACC Championship, and two Devils were named All-CACC, including Sarah Abbonizio being voted the CACC Player of the Year. 

While at Archbishop Ryan, Dilonardo helped lead the Ragdolls to a 57-37 record. Ryan advanced to the Philadelphia Catholic League (PCL) semifinals during the 2014-15 season and in his final year, he helped Ryan to a 17-6 record.   

Prior to coaching at Archbishop Ryan he spent eight years coaching boys at St. Matthew in Northeast Philadelphia, where he once played under fellow USciences assistant coach Jim Ricci. 

A 2002 Father Judge High School graduate, Dilonardo received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Temple University in 2007. He earned a Master of Education from Holy Family University in 2015.
