BLUE BELL, Pa. – All four Devil golfers improved their scores from the first round on the second day of the Second Annual Devils Classic at Bluestone Country Club on Friday.
The result was University of the Sciences bettering its team total by 27 strokes from a 395 to a 368.
Mitchel Storb led the Devils with a two-round total of 174 as he shot an 85 to shoot four strokes lower than his day one 89.
Austin Staiano had the biggest improvement of 13 strokes, following up his first round 96 with an 83, USciences' lowest round of the tournament.
Andy Ring was nine shots better than yesterday, improving from a 98 to an 89.
Rounding out USciences' quartet was Austin Bythrow, who bettered his round one total by one stroke.
University of the Sciences takes nearly two weeks off before facing off with Jefferson at the ACE Club on Wednesday, April 10.
