Men’s Basketball Falls at No. 3 Indiana

INDIANA, Pa. – The University of the Sciences men's basketball team lost to the No. 3 team in the country on Friday night, falling to Indiana (Pa.) 79-46 at the Kovalchick Complex. 

IUP scored the first 10 points of the game, and the Devils were never able to recover.  

Tanner Kerr surpassed his career-best in scoring for the second game in a row with 14 points on 6-of-11 shooting, to go along with five rebounds, a career-high three steals and a block.

Brendan Crawford was also in double figures with 10 points, and he led USciences with six rebounds. 

Paddy Casey led all players with five assists and four steals, while Franklin Okpala tied a career-best with three rebounds. 

University of the Sciences wraps up play in the IUP Thanksgiving Invitational tomorrow at 5:15 p.m. against Pitt-Johnstown.
