NEW HAVEN, Conn. – For the second week in a row, University of the Sciences' Jordan Vitelli was named the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Player of the Week.
It is fourth time that the senior has won the award in her career.
Vitelli made 5-of-8 from beyond the arc and 7-of-11 from the field en route to leading all players with 22 points in just 26 minutes, while also grabbing a team-high seven rebounds, in Saturday's win at Molloy, already the Devils' fourth victory over a regionally-ranked team this season.
The Warrington, Pa. native currently leads USciences with averages of 15.7 points and 5.3 rebounds per contest, the former of which ranks fifth in the CACC. She is atop the league with 18 3-pointers.
University of the Sciences women's basketball returns home for the first time in three weeks to host New York Tech this Saturday, Nov. 30 at 1 p.m.
